Our Client Services team is the largest division of Clemenger International Logistics (CIL).

Once a tailored strategy has been developed with you to meet your expectations and needs, an individual Client Manager is assigned to you to implement the strategy and manage the day-to-day activities of your account.

Supported by a qualified team, our Client Managers are able to proactively manage all activities from order to delivery. Exception reports are uniquely designed for each key event of your supply chain and used to capture and solve issues before they become problems that could impact on the management of your goods or services.

This transparency not only gives each of our clients full visibility of our systems but enables our Client Managers to focus on working with key stakeholders to deliver our needs. Every stage of the supply chain is visible to you via our interactive web portal or via automated reports, so you will always be able to see the status of your account.

The sophistication of our automated data management means that we can accept data with varying degrees of complexity via our flexible Warehouse management system, from a faxed order or an emailed file, right through to FTP communication of orders or inbound shipments with automated confirmation files sent back for updating of customers ERP and invoice generation, eliminating data entry errors and stock on hand discrepancies, and freeing your staff to focus on their customers and generating sales.

We are also committed to continually upgrading our client services to benefit you. Our Client Managers work alongside a KPI manager to develop reporting mechanisms used to drive continuous improvement in our client’s supply chain. Monthly reviews of KPIs allow us to track performance of key participants and the progress of strategic initiatives designed to drive efficiencies in our client’s supply chain and enhance the growth of your business.
